Mom told us she warned Emmett before we all came in to meet him.

The Things To Know!

The title is a reference to a Martina McBride CD on which she sings about life and its ups, downs, and adventures. And that's what I plan to do here, so that's where the title came from.

I have 2 nephews:

Landon is 2, and in this blog sometimes he gets referred to as "Pumpkin"

Emmett was just born on October 10, and sometimes he will be referred to as "The Bean".

Just so you don't get confused.
